Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Southern seeks a Registered Nurse for Dunedin Dialysis Unit. 0.8 FTE (64 hours per fortnight), permanent position. The role covers in-centre, home and acute dialysis care, with opportunities to develop specialist skills and build long-term patient relationships.

Dialysis experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided. Must hold NZ Nursing Council registration, Annual Practising Certificate, and valid NZ driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Dialysis experience would be great, but it isn't essential.
• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand registration and Annual Practising Certificate required.
• Right to work in New Zealand and a full, clean NZ driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on dialysis nursing across in-centre, home and acute therapies.
• Build relationships with patients and whānau over time.
• Collaborate within the MDT to deliver high-quality care.
