We're looking for a Developer Productivity Engineer to help make it better for our engineering teams by improving our developer platform, removing friction, and helping us ship great software faster.
If you love developer tooling, automation, CI/CD, and finding smarter ways to work, this could be a bit of you. You'll stay hands-on, experiment with AI and new tech, and turn good ideas into improvements our developers actually feel.
Success in this role means faster, more reliable software delivery, better self-service tooling, and measurable improvements in developer experience across our engineering teams.
This role will suit someone with strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, internal developer platforms, or software engineering enablement, who loves improving how engineers build, test and ship software.
You’ll work with tools and technologies such as GitLab, Python, Terraform, Docker, APIs, JavaScript and data/reporting tools. Experience across all of these isn't essential - we care more about how you've used technology to improve software delivery and developer experience.
We're a fast-moving (grown‑up) startup that thrives on agility.
You’ll have plenty of opportunity to experiment with AI, LLMs, agentic tools and automation , and explore how they can improve software delivery. You’ll deepen your expertise in developer experience, software delivery optimisation and DORA metrics, with the freedom to test ideas, learn quickly and turn what works into practical improvements for our engineering teams.
