Job summary

Electric Kiwi is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to enhance our internal developer platform and reduce friction in building, testing and shipping software. You’ll work hands-on with CI/CD, automation, and AI-enabled tooling to speed delivery and improve developer experience across engineering teams.

You’ll partner with platform engineers to evolve GitLab-driven workflows, measure delivery metrics, and create self-service capabilities that empower teams to move faster with higher

Responsibilities

• Evolve the internal developer platform with GitLab at the core.
• Identify and remove friction in the developer experience.
• Automate workflows across the software delivery lifecycle to improve velocity and reliability.
• Use metrics to spot bottlenecks and guide teams to better decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to design practical improvements that boost velocity and quality.
• Share learnings via documentation, code reviews and training.
