Job summary

Opal Kiwi Packaging invites applications for a day shift despatch warehouse role at our Cartons site in Wiri, Auckland. You will be part of the despatch team, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate stock records.

With a forklift licence and a full, clean driver\'s licence, you will support put-away, despatch, and stock checks while maintaining strong health and safety practices in a small, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Forklift licence with F endorsement.
• Full and clean driver\'s licence.
• Strong focus on health & safety.
• Reliable with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively within a small, high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are delivered in full, on time and to spec.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the in-house WMS.
• Proactively address issues to resolve quickly and efficiently.
• Put-away of stock.
• Despatch of orders.
• Check raw material availability.
• Stock-taking and cycle counts.
• Other general duties as required.
