Inspired Education Group is hiring a Design Technology teacher for Years 7–13 at an ACG College in Auckland. The role delivers Cambridge International curriculum design and technology instruction, fostering problem‑solving, hands‑on skills and creative thinking.

The successful applicant will inspire academic excellence, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to the school community. This is a full‑time permanent position commencing Term1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified secondary teacher with NZ registration and current status.
• Experience delivering Design Technology with practical workshops.
• Familiarity with Cambridge International curriculum is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching and assessment programs in Design Technology.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and engage in PD.
• Create an inclusive learning environment.
• Integrate educational technology to enhance outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality resources and learning activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress with clear records.
• Communicate with parents and fulfill admin duties.
• Contribute to the wider life of the College through pastoral care and events.
