Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Significant experience in design engineering, product development, or high-technology manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Design Engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Plan and allocate resources across projects, product development and improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure designs are robust, manufacturable and compliant with standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain design governance and documentation practices.
