Job summary

Vortex Engineering Ltd is seeking a Design Engineer for our Christchurch office. The role covers comprehensive system/equipment design, taking into account procurement, manufacture, transport, installation and commissioning.

Front end activities may be involved to help generate client interest in our solutions. We value a tertiary engineering qualification with 5+ years of practical industrial experience delivering design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver system/equipment design across procurement, manufacture, transport, installation and commissioning.

This versatile role encompasses all elements of system/equipment design taking into account all elements of functionality, procurement, manufacture, transport, installation and commissioning. At times may also involve front end activities to help create the desire within clients for our solutions.

As our new team member you will have a tertiary engineering qualification with 5+ years of practical industrial experience delivering exceptional design solutions.
