Job summary

Marine Industrial Design in Auckland is seeking a Design Draughtsperson to join a dynamic design team. You will work on detailed CAD drawings and feasibility studies, collaborating with engineers and project managers to deliver precise engineering solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Marine Industrial Design is looking for a Design Draughtsperson to join theteam based in Devonport, Auckland.

Marine Industrial Design (MID) is a New Zealand based Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering design consultancy with a reputation for providing practical and proven marine design engineering solutions to our clients. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Babcock (NZ) Limited, MID complements and supports the Babcock’s commercial and naval engineering capabilities within New Zealand

As a Design Draughtsperson, you’ll work on diverse projects, from detailed CAD drawings to feasibility studies, ensuring precision and creativity in every deliverable. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to marine and engineering practices while contributing to high-profile projects.
