Job summary

Apollo Projects Limited in Hawke's Bay seeks an experienced Project Manager to take projects from early design through practical completion. You will lead a hands-on team, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and drive cost control, programmes and procurement.

Based primarily in Hawke's Bay, travel may be required after project milestones. The role emphasizes commercial construction knowledge, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-value commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a Project Manager role in commercial construction in NZ.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control, budgeting and pulse on project finances.
• Develop programmes with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage procurement and contract administration with the team.
• Foster collaboration with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Promote health and safety on site as a priority.
