Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations or healthcare management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with revenue cycle management experience.
• Proficient with EHR systems and Excel; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall practice operations to ensure efficiency and patient care.
• Serve as primary operational partner to providers and leadership.
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
