Job summary

Western Heights High School in Rotorua is seeking an exceptional educational leader to drive academic excellence, cultural pride, and inclusive education for all whānau and rangatahi. You will lead the senior leadership team, collaborate with staff, and oversee student wellbeing through restorative practices, data-informed decisions, and ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of effective school leadership.
• Commitment to bicultural partnership and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Experience in pastoral care and inclusive education.
• Ability to analyse data and report monthly to SLT/Board.
