Lumino Kaitaia, part of Lumino The Dentists, New Zealand's largest dental provider, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead the busy practice and support the local community.

You will manage day-to-day operations, guide a high-performing team, coordinate reception and admin, and drive continuous improvement while upholding patient care and safety standards.
