Kami in Auckland is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth by developing data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with sales goals. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; experience with Zapier, Braze, Pipedrive, Salesloft, GA4, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (ABM, paid ads, lead nurturing).
• Own lead scoring, routing, and campaign workflows with marketing tech stack.
• Collaborate with sales to define target accounts and sales-ready leads.
• Design ABM programs for high-value regions and accounts.
• Translate research and feedback into ICP and buyer journey insights.
• Experiment with new tactics and channels to drive demand.
