• Confirm deliveries by obtaining signatures or necessary documentation from recipients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of the delivery van.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status or any issues.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to management promptly.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with inventory checks or other duties as required during downtime.
