Delivery Lead | AKL based (hybrid) | Contract until Dec 2026 (extension likely) | Up to $916/day plus GST

We are on the hunt for an experienced well-rounded Delivery Lead who enjoys balancing business change with technology delivery, our client is a large, complex organisation implementing a diverse portfolio of work that supports a high-profile programme focused on improving access to services.

About The Role

This is a hands-on delivery role where approximately 70% of your focus will be leading business and process transformation initiatives, with the remaining 30% supporting the delivery of digital projects, including application and technology-related work. You'll work across multiple workstreams, bringing structure, governance and stakeholder engagement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve meaningful business outcomes. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading workshops with business stakeholders as they are working alongside technical teams.

About You

You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager or Delivery Lead who can comfortably move between business and technical delivery. You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects within large enterprise environments.


• A balanced background across business transformation, digital delivery and infrastructure initiatives.


• Experience delivering application or digital product projects.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage non-technical, business and technical audiences.
