Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Delivery Manager for a Wellington-based contract role to drive a coordinated uplift across multiple workstreams.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of the Digital Programme, coordinate across developers, analysts and architects, and manage vendor engagement. The role ends June 2027 and requires strong stakeholder engagement and risk reporting.

Responsibilities include governance, progress tracking, and ensuring readiness for go-live with regional adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Digital Programme.
• Coordinate and manage delivery activities across integration developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to progress integration work and resolve delivery blockers.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with operational needs.
• Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and issues to the Workstream Lead.
• Support regional readiness and adoption activities ahead of go-live.
• Report regularly to the Workstream Lead on milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
