Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking aDelivery & Installation team member in Auckland to deliver and install whiteware in customers' homes. The role offers full training and a supportive buddy, with a day that varies and lunch breaks enjoyed with a changing view.

Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7am–3:30pm, and the role is permanent full-time. A physically demanding job requiring strength and a positive customer-focused attitude, plus a full NZ Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install whiteware products in customers' homes.

• Dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a positive experience and ensure milestones are followed.
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe work area.

Job description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it's safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

This is a Permanent, full-time position with hours of work from: Sunday to Thursday - 7am - 3:30pm

This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You're someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.
