You will help move from reactive reporting to proactive insight partnerships by framing the right business questions, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing recommendations that drive measurable value.

As the Decision Intelligence Lead your role is to partner with leaders and teams across One NZ to translate data, advanced analytics and business context into insights that improve customer, commercial and operational outcomes. Sitting within the AI, Data & Decision Intelligence Portfolio team, you’ll help move One NZ from reactive reporting to proactive insight partnership by framing the right business questions, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing recommendations that support better decisions and measurable value.
