Job summary

CSR is seeking a DC Operator in Penrose, Auckland to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate a forklift, handle picking, packing, dispatch and receiving activities, and assist with order processing and inventory control.

The role requires a current forklift licence and prior warehouse experience, with a strong safety mindset and reliable, team-oriented attitude. Training and CSR benefits are provided.

The Opportunity: CSR have an exciting opportunity in our Logistics Department for a DC Operator to join our team in Penrose, Auckland. Reporting to the DC Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and on time. Working in a fast-paced distribution environment, you'll be responsible for forklift operations, order processing, stock movements, and supporting the wider warehouse team to deliver outstanding service to our customers Working hours: Monday to Friday from 830am – 5pm.

In this role, you will:

• Champion a safety-first culture, actively supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and living our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
• Complete picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What You'll Bring

• A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
