Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Share Data Cloud Sales Specialist III in Auckland to drive growth by securing new greenfield logos and expanding data/AI workloads. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Engineers, and Partners to run Data+AI plays that standardize data platforms.

You will engage with senior leaders to demonstrate ROI through business cases and ROI/TCO reductions, showcasing BigQuery, Knowledge Catalog, and other data tools as premium AI-ready platforms.

Qualifications

• 10 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• 5 years of data and analytics consulting experience in management consulting or systems integrator firms.
• Experience building business cases through workshops or product demos to business executives.
• Experience developing partnerships with technical stakeholders (e.g., Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Experience positioning and selling technical solutions in data management, analytics, infrastructure, or AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against quota and achieve or exceed strategic business and growth goals.
• Run complex, multi-threaded business cycles from discovery to ROI business case creation and commercial close.
• Engage LoB leaders, CDO, CAIO, and CFO through value-selling tying data and AI capabilities to business outcomes.
• Align cross-functionally with Field Sales Representatives and Partners to execute Data+AI plays and co-sell motions.
• Whiteboard modern architectures to demonstrate how data foundations power AI agents.
