Job summary

The Tatua Co in Morrinsville, Waikato, is seeking a motivated Process Operator for our Cream Products Plant in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll operate and monitor plant equipment, maintain product quality, and contribute to a safe, productive environment.

This hands-on position follows a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern with 12-hour shifts (two days, two nights, then four days off), offering variety and opportunities to grow with a leading dairy producer.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg.
• Excellent organisational and record keeping skills.
• Mechanical/practical skills and perspective.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing and processing equipment in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner.
• Adherence to work instructions, procedures and specifications as documented in the appropriate manuals.
• Maintain high standards in the plant and associated workstations.
• Ensure final product quality standards are maintained.
