The a2 Milk Company invites applications for 5 Production Operators at our powder manufacturing plant in Pōkeno. You’ll work across production processes, operate equipment, and help us meet production targets while maintaining quality, food safety and health and safety standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4-on 4-off roster pattern. Minimum 42 hours per week across day (6am-6pm) and night (6pm-6am) shifts, with a focus on reliability and

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Mechanically minded, practical and willing to learn.
• Able to read, write and perform basic maths.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow quality, food safety and health and safety procedures.
• Monitor production and complete checks and documentation accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance and continuous improvement activities as required.
