Qualifications

• Laboratory background and passion for lab work.
• Food science or science-based qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication, independence and collaboration.
• Quality-focused with strong problem-solving and time management.
• High computer literacy and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and perform testing across dairy products.
• Meet accreditation quality requirements and maintain records.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Enter data and use SAP, LIMs and Microsoft systems.
• Handle consumables, reagents and housekeeping tasks.
• Work safely and with a cross-functional team to drive improvements.
