Job summary

Campbell Tait seeks a farm assistant for a family-run dairy operation 30km from Ashburton. You will work with cows, calves and stock, assisting with milking, stock handling and general farm tasks.

Accommodation is provided; you will need your own transport. Reasonable English and a valid Working Holiday visa are required; some farming experience is preferred and training will be given.

Qualifications

• Farm work experience preferred; training provided.
• Must have reasonable English and a current Working Holiday visa.

Responsibilities

• Milk cows and assist with daily dairy chores.
• Clean sheds and handle stock, including calves and young stock.
• General farm work including weed spraying and routine maintenance.
