Job summary

DEFEND is seeking Cybersecurity Operations Analysts to monitor threats, deliver actionable insights, and educate users across client environments. You will triage alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in threat detection and security monitoring.
• Experience in incident response and remediation.
• Experience in threat intelligence and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services by engaging, collaborating, and communicating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor security events and alerts to identify potential threats.
• Perform security alert triage, investigation, and analysis to assess severity and impact.

• Perform impact analysis, document findings, and correlate threat intelligence for actionable insights.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all security monitoring and incident response activities.
