DEFEND is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to monitor, triage, and respond to threats across customers' digital environments. You will deliver actionable insights, educate users, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure rapid containment and remediation.

You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, maintain thorough incident documentation, and produce clear customer reports. Strong threat intelligence and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role at DEFEND

Qualifikationen

• Experience in threat detection, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in on-call rotation and 24/7 incident response.

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and service delivery during critical incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all security monitoring and incident response activities.
