Job summary

CyberCX is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to deliver Azure and Microsoft 365 security projects for clients in Auckland. You will translate customer requirements into secure, scalable solutions, author high-quality technical documentation, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

The role involves leading workshops, managing expectations, and collaborating across CyberCX to drive value, repeatability, and IP development.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
• Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
• Exposure to the CAF and WAF is advantageous
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Consulting role, ideally in a global firm or large tech company
• Solid experience in large scale migrations

Day to day you will:

• Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers
• Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements – design and/or implement technical solutions

• Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers
• Work closely with team to ensure project delivery meet customer expectations
• Be involved in IP development and repeatability
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, and identify and explore opportunities within existing and new customers

Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
• Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
• Exposure to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF) is advantageous
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Consulting role, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company, delivering projects across multiple environments
• Solid experience in large scale migrations
