Job summary

CyberCX NZ Ltd is seeking a Cloud Consultant to drive Azure & Microsoft 365 security projects for clients in New Zealand. You will deliver secure cloud solutions, produce reports for stakeholders, and run workshops to align with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
• Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Azure & Microsoft 365 Security Services including Sentinel, Defender, Purview / Information Protection, and security workloads.
• Microsoft Entra & Identity Governance.
• Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10/11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility).
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms, Azure Application Development, Azure DevOps or DevSecOps, Azure Security Services, Terraform.
• Exposure to CAF and WAF is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Consulting role, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company.

Responsibilities

• Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers.
• Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior customer stakeholders.
• Conduct customer meetings and workshops.
• Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers.
• Work closely with team to ensure project delivery meet customer expectations.
• Be involved in IP development and repeatability.
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, and identify and explore opportunities within existing and new customers.

How you will make an impact

• Exposure to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF) is advantageous
• At least 1 year of experience in a Consulting role, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company, supporting projects across multiple environments
