We are seeking an experienced Digital Video Producer with strong understanding of various
social media platforms, SEO best practices, and proficiency in AI and graphic design tools.
You will be responsible for creating storyboards, developing scripts, producing and editing
videos across multiple platforms, and creating and adding high quality graphics, animations,
special effects, and sound effects. You must have an aptitude for productive collaboration
with sales teams, ensuring the seamless execution of exceptional marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have minimum3 years Work Experience in New Zealand as Video Producer, or
Video Editor, or Video Content Lead in digital media production and editing, digital
screen/film production, and multimedia animation and editing.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of creative digital photography and videography
(including drone footage), creating and editing content for marketing and social
media, and be proficient in the usage of leading photo/video editing software and AI
tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, writing scripts, recording, and editing video programs.
- Collaborate with the Ray White Austar marketing team to discuss outline of footage,
script, screenplay, and animation for the production of marketing videos.
- Support our real estate agents and property managers on developing marketing
collateral for sales, proposals, rental property, and marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize ideas to think visually based on the scripts and animation required.
- Capture and create high-quality videos for real estate listings and rental property.
- Use AI creativity techniques to develop engaging visual content for digital platforms.
- Determine the appropriate graphic style, content, and the music for the production.
- Study scripts and visit the shot location to become familiar with the shot
requirements.
- Direct live action sequences according to the story theme and script.
- Lead and coordinate video shooting including directing camera, angles, lighting,
filters, range, aperture, field of view, panning, framing, tracking, zoom, etc
- Manage multi-camera shooting using different technical and creative techniques.
- Use AI creativity techniques in designing graphics and animations for videos.
- Edit the video and audio based on the script, theme, mood, and context.
- Use animation designs, and edit images and videos to meet Ray White brand
standards.
- Work closely with the Digital Media Designer on all matters of video production.
- Work closely with audio, visual, and graphic technicians to enhance creativity.
- Analyzing the usage of visual and sound effects and animation appropriately and use
them effectively to match the story theme, style, and context.
- Manage editing and cutting of the film shots and sequences to collate the video.
- Reorder and tweak the video content to ensure the sequencing of the video.
- Editing of video, audio, and animation based on the theme, context, and sequence.
- Create and edit the voiceover text and other commentary for the video/film.
- Edit videos to insert music, commentary, graphics, animations, and sound effects to
match expected video layouts and editing styles.
- Use leading graphic design tools and software to arrange films into sequences.
- Research video techniques, creative trends, and industry best practices.
- Work with the content team to refine and improve video processes and systems.
- Handling critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Auckland team. This is a permanent full-time positioin, you will be required to work 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday,
The Role
The IT Systems Analyst will work with clients and internal technical teams to analyse business and technology requirements, evaluate existing systems and processes, design appropriate system solutions, and support the development, integration, implementation, and optimisation of IT systems.
The role will act as an important link between clients' business requirements and the technical teams responsible for delivering software, cloud, infrastructure, data, and integrated technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Systems Requirements Analysis
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to identify, gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyse clients' existing business processes, workflows, applications, infrastructure, and information systems to identify operational issues and technology requirements.
- Translate business objectives and operational requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Identify gaps between existing system capabilities and business requirements and recommend appropriate system improvements.
- Assess the feasibility, functionality, and potential impact of proposed technology solutions.
2. System Solution Design
- Design functional system solutions and workflows based on identified client requirements.
- Develop system specifications covering applications, databases, interfaces, data flows, user requirements, and system interactions.
- Assist in designing solutions involving web applications, enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, and other business technology systems.
- Recommend appropriate system configurations and technology solutions considering functionality, scalability, reliability, security, and business requirements.
- Work with developers and other technical specialists to ensure proposed solutions can be effectively implemented.
3. System Integration & API Analysis
- Analyse integration requirements between applications, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and third- party services.
- Define system interfaces, data structures, data flows, integration logic, and technical requirements.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for API and system integrations.
- Coordinate with internal development teams, clients, vendors, and third-party technology providers during system integration projects.
- Support integration involving ERP, CRM, SaaS, e-commerce, payment, and other business platforms.
- Evaluate existing client systems and technology environments to identify opportunities for improved performance, functionality, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Analyse system workflows and data flows to identify inefficiencies, integration issues, and potential system risks.
- Recommend improvements to system architecture, applications, integration design, and business processes.
- Assist clients in evaluating technology options and selecting appropriate systems and solutions.
- Support system optimisation and continuous improvement following implementation.
5. Testing & Implementation
- Develop functional, system, and integration test requirements and test scenarios.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Verify that developed and configured solutions meet approved business and functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of system defects, integration issues, and implementation problem.
- Support the deployment and implementation of new systems, applications, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Assist with post-implementation reviews and system optimisation.
6. Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Requirements
- Analyse system requirements relating to cloud environments, IT infrastructure, access controls, data management, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Work with infrastructure and technical specialists to ensure system solutions are compatible with clients' existing technology environments.
- Incorporate information security, data protection, system availability, and business continuity requirements into system specifications.
- Assist in identifying technology and information security risks associated with proposed system changes and integrations.
- Ensure system requirements and proposed solutions take account of applicable New Zealand data protection and privacy requirements.
7. Data & Reporting Requirements
- Analyse client data and reporting requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Define data flows, data structures, reporting requirements, and information outputs required by business users.
- Support the design and implementation of data analytics, business intelligence, and decision-support solutions.
- Work with technical teams to ensure data is accurately captured, integrated, processed, and presented across relevant systems.
8. Technical Documentation
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, technical requirements, system workflows, process diagrams, integration specifications, and implementation documentation.
- Document system interfaces, configurations, data flows, business rules, and system changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the system development and implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure documentation is updated following system modifications, upgrades, and integrations.
9. Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between clients, business stakeholders, software developers, infrastructure specialists, vendors, and other technical teams.
- Communicate system requirements, technical concepts, project issues, risks, and system limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate requirements clarification and system-related activities throughout development, testing, and implementation.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to clients regarding system capabilities and technology options.
- Support project teams in delivering technology solutions within agreed business and technical requirements.
Skills & Experience
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; or
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, business systems analysis, software implementation, system integration, or a closely related IT role.
- Strong analytical, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business and systems analysis methodologies.
- Understanding of software applications, databases, cloud-based systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and common data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
- Understanding of software development and system implementation lifecycles.
- Experience or knowledge of system testing, including SIT and UAT.
