Job summary

OfficeMax New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email from our Highbrook site. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help customers find solutions while upholding our service standards.

You will use Salesforce and Amazon Connect to keep customer information up to date, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound customer service or call centre roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inbound customer service support and issue resolution.
• Process customer orders in line with quality guidelines; upsell where appropriate.
• Offer alternative product options when stock is unavailable.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• Flag customer satisfaction issues to Team Lead for resolution.
• Complete administrative tasks and update customer records in Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM.
