• Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or customer experience roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights from feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, cases, dates and priorities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for improving customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams to influence service enhancements.
• Act as a trusted relationship partner, product guide, problem solver and customer advocate across channels.
• Manage multiple customers and priorities, following through on commitments.
• Provide product and parts guidance for stores, dealers and wholesale customers.
