Job summary

Aniluin is a market-leading distributor of POS, warehousing technology and consumables, now expanding into NZ. This office-based role in Millwater, Auckland, supports customer service across both countries and dispatches orders from our warehouse.

You will handle busy phone lines, queries, and orders, work with the sales team and general manager, and use MS 365 tools to report on performance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Customer Service/Warehouse Role - Millwater

Aniluin is market leading distributor of POS, warehousing technology and consumables in Australia who have moved into the NZ market.

This is primarily an office based role, 40 hours per week, working 9am to 6pm from our new premises in Wainui, Auckland (building share).

We are seeking a proactive office superstar to provide customer service across both countries and dispatch orders from our warehouse. It's a small team in NZ working with a wider Australia based team, with lots of great support.

A typical day will see you answering our busy phones, handling queries, keying orders, managing and organising the warehouse/stock and all importantly dispatching them accurately and in a timely fashion. You will work closely with both the salesperson and the general manager. This is a busy, time critical role with lots of moving parts!

You Will:

Have a confident and proactive telephone manner

Be able to communicate with ease with both staff and clients

Work efficiently to targets and produce accurate reporting

Easily learn new software and follow standard processes

Be able to work confidently in Microsoft 365 programs Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint

You have:

A professional andapproachablemanner

Forklift experience or willing to learn

An ability to work to deadlines

The legal entitlement to work in New Zealand AND be already in NZ.

Worked in similar roles, or proven skills to fit the position
