Job summary

Corys Electrical is seeking a Customer Service and Sales person for a branch in Wellington, NZ. You will help customers at the counter, unpack incoming goods, and arrange stock receipts.

You’ll pick, pack and dispatch orders, load the delivery vehicle, and occasionally complete deliveries, ensuring on-time, high-quality service. The role involves stock takes, helping customers find products, and offering informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Front-dline customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers at the counter and process sales.
• Willingness to perform stock receipting, packing and dispatch tasks.

What does the Customer Service andSales person do?

This multifaceted counter-basedrole supports branch operations, from assisting customers at the counter andunpacking and receipting incoming goods, to picking, packing and dispatchingcustomer orders, loading the delivery vehicle, and occasionally undertakingdeliveries. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receivetheir orders on time while consistently providing a high level of qualityservice.

They participate in everythingfrom inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, to helping customers find theproducts they need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch,listening to their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time.
