Job summary

Corys Electrical in Christchurch is seeking a Customer Service & Sales representative to support the branch by assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods, and preparing orders for dispatch.

You will help customers find products, provide sound advice, and work as part of the team to ensure orders and service are delivered on time. The role requires good interpersonal skills, a full driver's license, and physical fitness for the daily tasks.

What does the Customer Service and Sales person do?

Thismultifaceted counter-based role supports branch operations from assistingcustomers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking,packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle andensuring our customers get their orders and quality service delivered on timeevery time.

Theyparticipate in everything from inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, tohelping customers find the products they need and processing sales. How? Bywelcoming them to the branch, listening to their needs, and providing them withsound advice every time.
