Job summary

Lucky Rentals in Christchurch is seeking a customer service focused team member to join our depot operations. You will meet and greet customers, help them complete rental paperwork, and guide them through their campervan, ensuring they understand how it works.

You'll also handle rental returns and keep our booking system up to date, supporting the team during busy times. A full driver's license and the legal right to work in New Zealand are essential; this is a fixed-term role ending in April.

Responsibilities

We’ll try to keep this short & sweet! What we need from you:

• Meet & greet customers as they enter the depot
• Assist customers to complete their rental paperwork (mostly completed on our own kiosks)
• Show customers through their rental campervan and explain how it works
• Process returning rentals
• Ensure our booking system is up to date & correct
• Help out the rest of the team if things get quiet!
• A full drivers license – essential
• The legal ability to work in New Zealand (working holiday visas acceptable!)

What we can offer you:

• An hourly starting wage of $24 -25 (depending on experience)
• Hiring for Monday through to Sunday 5 days per week. Requiring 1 weekend day.

Operational hours of 8:30am – 5pm, seven days a week **this role is fixed term and will end in April**
