Aon is seeking a Customer Service Broker in Wellington to work with brokers across New Zealand, assisting providers and third parties. You will be the front-line contact for clients, handling enquiries and helping with policy negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.

As a Customer Service Broker, you will work along side a team of customer service stars, taking enquiries from internal teams, external vendors and third-party suppliers. Your role is to ensure we are servicing our customers to a high level.
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry(insurance or finance), otherwise experience coming from a customer, call centre or solution driven environment would be well suited.
