Job summary

PowerNet invites applications for a Customer Relationship Partner - Non-Network. Based in Invercargill, Queenstown or Balclutha, you will serve as the trusted link between customers and internal teams, ensuring needs are understood and service commitments are delivered.

You will coordinate across business units, lead service reviews and contract discussions, and drive continuous improvement in customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management, account management, service delivery or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A current New Zealand Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Coordinate customer requests and service delivery across operational and support teams.
• Lead customer meetings, service reviews and performance discussions.
• Support contract management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes.
