WSA in the Otago region is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our audiology clinics. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based in Dunedin. You will listen to clients, learn their needs and provide high-quality service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The successful candidate must have a natural ability to listen to clients and learn about their needs, provide a high level of service and be well organized. The ability to speak clearly and personably with clientele and display patience and composure in all communications is essential. You must have a professional phone manner, the ability to multi-task under pressure and a flexible approach.
