Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Rangiora is seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our supportive team. You will deliver clinically excellent, personalised care and help clients achieve better hearing and quality of life.

As part of Bloom Audiology, you will assess and diagnose hearing loss, educate clients about hearing devices, and support successful outcomes while contributing to clinic growth and outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques.
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices.
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
