Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a Custodial Administrator to join the Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Tauranga head office. The role involves coordinating stock movements, reconciliations, and administrative tasks within a high-volume financial services environment.

The successful candidate will bring experience in financial services or custodial roles, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to support smooth operations and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High volume administrative experience in a similar field.
• Experience in financial services or custodian roles is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lodge physical stock into custody for NZX & ASX assets.
• Assist with closing accounts and asset transfers.
• Assist with broker-to-broker transfers of stock in and out of custody.
• Process shunts between depositories.
• Handle Company Disclosures requests.
• Process tax changes based on residency status.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Reporting on adjustments.
• Update Relinquished Assets Register and communicate to Private Wealth Assistants.
