Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners in Tauranga invites applications for a Client Portfolio Reporting Administrator to join our Portfolio Reporting team based at our Head Office in Tauranga. This permanent, full-time role works Monday to Friday and focuses on ensuring the accuracy of daily client, security, price, and transactional feeds to our reporting systems.

You will help deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, maintain databases, and support premier clients and CIP management with reliable data.

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Portfolio Reporting Administrator to join our Portfolio Reporting team working, based in our Head Office, Tauranga. Our Portfolio Reporting team is an integral part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) providing key reporting services to our premier clients and to CIP’s management. This is permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.

The Portfolio Reporting Administrator is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of the daily client, security, price, and transactional feeds to our portfolio reporting system(s) and maintaining reliable and accurate databases.

This role encompasses the delivery of reports, including the management of the databases(s) that support the regular and ad-hoc reporting to these premier clients and to management.
