Taipa Area School invites applications from innovative and collaborative educators for the permanent role of Leader of Learning (Curriculum) across our primary and/or intermediate levels from 2027.

This hands-on teaching leadership position leads curriculum innovation from within the classroom and across our primary/intermediate sections, with emphasis on relationships, Manaakitanga and tikanga. Te reo Māori and tikanga knowledge is an advantage if you are growing in these areas.

Formación

• Hold current New Zealand teacher registration.
• Proven experience in curriculum leadership and teaching.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to grow in te reo Māori and tikanga.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inspirational curriculum leadership and pedagogical support across primary/intermediate spaces.
• Demonstrate achievement and innovation in teaching the NZ Curriculum.
• Collaborate with the team, supporting culturally responsive practices across classrooms, including rumaki reo pathway.
• Hold current New Zealand teacher registration.
