Job summary

Best Car Rentals is seeking a positive, energetic all-rounder to join our new Queenstown brand in Frankton. You’ll be the first contact for customers, manage airport shuttle pickups, complete rental contracts, and upsell extras while ensuring fleet readiness and vehicle presentation.

With experience in car rental or customer service, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, prioritise tasks, and work on a rotating roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the car rental industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with focus on growth.
• Experience in vehicle grooming and fleet preparation.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• A valid full NZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work on a rotational roster, including weekends and peak seasons.
• A team player mindset with a positive and adaptable approach.
• Right to work in NZ - we are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand.
