Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an experienced leader to head the Manager, Integrated Delivery on the West Coast. This fixed-term role coordinates cross-agency collaboration to deliver integrated services and improved wellbeing for whānau and communities.

You will drive alignment across government agencies and health services, education providers and social services, ensuring delivery plans are implemented and risks managed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programmes or initiatives involving multiple agencies or organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills; experience working with communities, providers and service users to identify needs and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate collaboration across government agencies, health services, education providers, social services, NGOs, iwi and community organisations.
• Develop and implement integrated delivery plans to support programme outcomes.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and provide reports to governance groups and senior leaders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary groups to support the integrated response.
• Identify and address service gaps, barriers and opportunities for improvement with partners.
