Job summary

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or debt management.
• Strong collections and account management capability.
• Confident in assessing credit risk and making sound decisions.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with systems and financial data.
• Genuine interest in AI and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer credit and debt management, including collections and payment arrangements
• Assess credit applications, monitor credit risk and proactively identify concerning trends
• Build strong customer relationships while confidently resolving overdue accounts, queries and disputes
• Maintain accurate accounts through reconciliations, investigation and sound AR management
• Provide meaningful credit insights and reporting to support good commercial decisions
• Challenge how we work — using AI, automation and technology to simplify processes, improve accuracy and create better ways of working
