The Ministry of Justice in Hamilton is seeking a Court Registry Officer for a fixed-term, full-time role until May 2027. You will work with judges, court staff and the public to support the efficient operation of the District Court.
Key duties include court taking, case management, customer service, and occasional travel within the Waikato region. A full clean New Zealand driving licence is required.

We are looking for some talented individuals to come join our District Court as a Court Registry Officer in Hamilton.
Court Registry Officer - in this role you will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders who are interacting with the Justice system. This includes being able to communicate confidently with Judges within the courtroom and their chambers, as well as other members of the judiciary.

The remuneration band for this role is $60,729 to $80,794 - while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
