ACCIONA is leading a major New Zealand transport infrastructure project, delivering the Northland Corridor from Warkworth to Te Hana. The role sits in the project controls team, focusing on tracking cost, schedule and risk while turning site data into clear monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
• Experience in cost planning, estimating or quantity surveying on major projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and cost management software skills.
• Clear communication with delivery, commercial and finance teams.
• Membership of NZIQS, RICS, AIQS or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track project cost against budget and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Review accruals and vendor valuations to support accurate progress claims.
• Support monthly forecasts and analyse key cost variances.
• Develop project schedules and track milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Assess project risks and opportunities, and report on their status monthly.
• Assess variations and change requests for scope, schedule and cost impact.
