Job summary

Auckland System Management Alliance invites applications for Corridor Delivery Manager to lead the network corridor maintenance team across Auckland's motorway system. You will ensure delivery of all planned works, manage vegetation maintenance, litter removal, asset repair, incident response and graffiti removal, and oversee resources including plant, labour and subcontractors.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in a similar operational leadership position.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated planning and programming ability.

• Lead the corridor maintenance team and deliver all planned works.
• Oversee resources including plant, labour and subcontractors.
• Embed safe work practices and staff engagement across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and value for money for customers.

The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.

We have a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a large-scale road maintenance contract, leading our network corridor maintenance team. As Corridor Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of all planned and programmed corridor works, leading a diverse team who undertake a variety of work including vegetation maintenance, litter collection, general clean up, asset repair, incident response, and graffiti removal. You will oversee the management of physical resources involved in motorway activities including plant, labour and subcontractor.

As a leader within our organisation, your primary focus will be on safe work practices, staff engagement and development, continuous improvement, optimal level of service, and value for money. You will take pride in the appearance of our network, ensuring that your passion for enhanced customer motorway experience is shared by the wider team.
