The Opportunity

You’ll work across a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• private equity and venture capital transactions
• capital raising and investment
• corporate structuring and restructuring
• shareholder and joint venture arrangements
• corporate governance and advisory work
• commercial contracts and due diligence

You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine responsibility for your work, develop direct client relationships and work across matters with colleagues throughout the firm’s national practice.
