Job summary

Compass Group New Zealand is seeking a reliable Cook at CHt Karaka for a permanent part-time weekend position, 16 hours per week. Shifts are 8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, between 7:30am and 5:30pm, preparing and serving nutritious meals to meet residents’ dietary needs with high hygiene standards.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team within New Zealand’s leading food and support services provider, contributing to positive dining experiences and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cooking in a similar environment, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
• Able to work under pressure with a positive, professional attitude.
• A team player who can also work independently with a flexible approach.
• Physically fit, reliable, and committed to high hygiene standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our team at CHT Karaka. We have a Permanent Part Time Weekend position available, offering 16 hours per week.
